How sleep better

If you think you sleep well but you have problems upon awakening in the morning, you feel drowsy during the day or tired, irritable despite the hours that resting spent; it is possible that you are not making the deep sleep and repairer that needs your body.

Sleeping well and minimize the interruptions during the night, you need make some changes in your nightlife that allow you to sleep better.

First you must believe in your bed: what is big enough? you must have sufficient space to encounter and give you back comfortably, even if sleepiest accompanied. What are your mattress and your pillow? Are awake with cramps in the back or neck?, if that is so you should try different levels of firmness in the mattress, as well as with pillows special, until you find an appropriate combination for your body.
