The physical activity is one of the main commandments for a healthy life and a silhouette enviable. But our body does not always is in the ideal conditions for nor the most simple physical effort.

The key is to listen to what our body needs and if you don’t feel with the mood or the strong enough to get in movement, keep in mind that the best you can do is quit exercising, nobody better than you recognize the right time to begin to exercise.

There are situations in which is better stay at home and not to exercise. At the end, after all, exercise if we are not well makes no sense. Know what these situations below.

When you have fever. The temperature means that your body is struggling against infection. While the exercise strengthens the immune system, if you have severe symptoms (congestion, chest pain or fever high) the best you can do is stay at home and rest for back soon.
