1 – Moderate the information:
The hyper (devote excessive time to reading newspapers, or watching television and listening to the radio) generates anxiety and stress. It works by way of a drug, so we cannot “Take” of the news waiting for the latest information. It is a vicious circle that is necessary to cut not to continue feeding these states harmful.

2- Limit the encounter with pessimistic people:
Those who are permanently focused on the difficulties and problems we spread their state. Of course this does not mean fail to help those who suffer, but to change mechanical relationship that are not helpful. As a counterpart is very reassuring feed links with people more open to other possibilities, optimistic and creative.

3- Recalled that there is always a departure:
Remove from our attention to the thoughts of the type “there is no exit” or “I am between the sword and the wall”. Remember that there is always a possible way out, although it is not that exactly want. Find it, many times, depends on our open-mindedness and mood rather than of external reality.

4- Say No to fear and anxiety of the environment:
Far from help, fear and anxiety, when they become permanent emotions, we paralyzed, But justify and we seem natural. Say phrases such as “how I am not going to be anxious, with the things that pass” and it is so that these emotions collective are transformed into an obstacle very strong to overcome. Not only is what happens in the external world but also how “we read” the reality, what we do with it and -hence- how we felt before the crisis.

5 Revalue the emotional links:
The emotional contact with the couple, children, friends and all those who want, it is a food invaluable and a great help in times of crisis. Together with many people stressed and aggressive is also increasing, little by little, the number of people kind, thoughtful and prompt the contact and exchange gentile. Gender violence

Yesterday has been the International Day of Women and today we are discussing news related to the female sex against which all must be aware. According to the UN, the Aids virus is currently the main cause of death in those women of reproductive age.

But the most striking is that the proportion of female victims of this disease is linked to the gender differences. It is estimated that about 70 % of women in the world are forced to have unprotected sex and this, inevitably, increases their risk of the Aids virus.

So much so that in Sub-Saharan Africa, 60 percent of those infected with the virus are women and it is estimated that young girls are three times more chances of contracting the disease with regard to the men of the same age. AND despite the fact that they have already spent over 30 years after the discovery of the Aids virus, still do not offer treatments or services covering the specific needs of women.
