Marry aid to gain weight

Perhaps the title of a little afraid, but there is something true in this assertion. Obviously, this does not mean that love is the cause of our kilties over or that we should avoid “yes, I wish” to achieve a good silhouette.
A study done at the University of North Carolina indictor that married men and women are twice as likely to fatten the unmarried or have a relationship of courtship. This investigation showed that, in five years, the married men and women gained between 3 and 5 kilos in relation to unmarried people.
They say that when a couple house, there is no longer the same pressure of look beautiful and in the form as when they were married and still had to conquer the other person. That is why, in the marriage there is more “freedom” to neglect a little figure and stick to the food. In addition, the habits are made as a whole and whether any of them often eat too much or too practiced physical exercise, such bad habit moves easily to its average orange.
