The food is a key point. Experts indicate an excess of these products may cause difficulties early in the vision.
For example: excess of alcoholic beverages, caffeine, tea, canned food, cheese, cigarettes, coffee, eggs, fried food, fruit juices, ice cream, milk, red meat, sugar products. To reiterate: the excess is what causes difficulties; nothing better, then, that feed on products that strengthen the muscles for a greater sharpness in the vision. According to research, the favorite diet program to see better is:

• A salad per day.
• Raw Vegetables steam or a little cooked, each day.
• Herbal Tea and all kinds of herbal infusions.
• Fasting for a day, drinking only water and vegetable juices.
• Fish or poultry to replace the red meat. If you are vegetarian, resort to derived from soybeans.
• Brown Rice
• Pulses and vegetables.
