Some benefit of sunbathing

Sunbathing not only is fun and relaxing (and for my is associated with the word holidays without exception), but that sun exposure taking precautions have physical and mental benefits.
Protects You from multiple sclerosis, favors the sexual life, strengthens your bones, and improves the quality of your hours of sleep, among other benefits.
For the acne: sunbathing with moderation may be favorable, especially if it takes the sun of the early morning hours, or the last in the afternoon. But not more than 30 minutes, to avoid burns. The sun works as a cleaning agent, eliminating all that is fat and impurities.
To increase the immunity: the sun increases the number of white blood cells and lymphocytes, which are the cells responsible to defend ourselves.
Reduces blood pressure: the sun increases the blood circulation. Through a vasodilatation, as well as causes an increase of metabolism and purifies the tissues. Read the rest of this entry »
