If you are a tenacious drinker of milk, surely won’t have problems in drink cow’s milk or goat. However, you can also try other types of milk, which does not come from exactly mammals but which also represents great benefits.
Milk non-dairy, or free of lactose, which has no saturated fat, and is free of cholesterol. The soy milk, milk of almonds, or milk of rice, is some of the options.
Vegetarians and allergic to dairy products are happy with these new options but are good at nutritional level?
The cow’s milk or goat is characterized by being very rich in nutrients, however you surprised to see the amount of nutritional benefits offered by the soy milk, and its additional benefit: it is very low in calories.
