Eat Nuts Can Reduce Breast Cancer !

The researchers from Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia, found that the laboratory animals bred for breast cancer has a risk significantly less of breast cancer if they eat with the human equivalent to a handful of nuts a day.

“The nuts are better than cookies or potato chips when you need a snack,” says Elaine Hardman, one of the researchers working in the study.

“We know that a healthy diet in general avoids any type of chronic diseases,” he said.

“The nuts contain several ingredients, individually, it has proved effective against cancer of slow growth, since they have omega-3, antioxidants and phytosterols,” the team of Hardman wrote in a summary presented at the annual meeting in Denver of the American Association for Cancer Research’s.

So in study determined that the laboratories animals that eat nuts have fewer and smaller breast tumors, and even appear did so much later than in the other control animals.
