When I was small and playing time for video games, my father commented: “why not play outside and you exercise”. For him, and many others, video games and sedentary were synonymous. Since, in fact both things were going quite hand… until now.
As time passes, we are putting old and our around everything changes. And so was also the case with video games. For example, in Canada have installed a gymnasium, where one can heat, exercise, and until he lost calories within a station of training based on the Nintendo Wii.
All this is happening in Studeo 55, in Vancouver, which is believed to be the gymnasium more prestigious of the country. I have a life quite far removed from tensions and am not because they do not have problems, I like all, but I think that, thanks to the exercises, and to the alternative therapies such as meditation and massage, I have achieved a life quite bearable and exhilarating. Although there is a situation that I stressed to the maximum and form regrettable the hear at the news daily and I refer to the accident.
There is no one day that do not stop having at least one news concerning some traffic accident and the statistics are reliable, in Peru in 2006 were recorded near 78.000 accidents that caused more than 100,000 wounded and nearly 3,500 dead.
If you want out of town the weekend, you have to entrust to God, whether that tomes some public transport or have vehicle own, particularly in time to relax feel a stress horrible, so much so that I think 3 times before deciding exit or not, and eye that is not to be fatalistic but that person who loves life is not going to panic in some time.
A few days ago a bus transport company Soyuz step by a point of the road where there is a fork and with misfortune the driver is confused and takes the wrong way, to 15 minutes collides head-on with another bus of the company Flowers leaving 20 dead.
Last year I had the terrible experience to see 4 persons covered with newspapers, Were scattered in the track and in the sidewalk, the cries of pain of relatives gave an overview shocking and sad to the time, in the news I learned that were university students who were in the whereabouts of buses waiting for the line to take them to their study centers.
