The benefits of walking barefoot

When it came to house the first thing I do is pump the shoes. There is nothing as comfortable as feel that my feet are released footwear that remained locked throughout the day. And now that i integer walking barefoot has its benefits; I believe that my usual remain for a long time.

According to experts, walking or running without shoes develops more strength in the muscles of the feet, legs and hips. This means an improvement in the form of walk, with more agility and balance. By something athletes end their exercise routine barefoot on the grass.

Of course, a street paved with wells and pebbles on the road is not the best place to walk barefoot: in addition to uncomfortable, it is painful. The ideal sites are the soft surfaces, such as the sand or golf courses. Read the rest of this entry »
