How many calories amount when you go to the cinema?

These days in which approximates the delivery of the Oscars I am sure that many of us are going more often than ever to the cinema, only in order to discuss and decide if we agree with the elect of the Academy.
However, a pastime as fun as go to the cinema can become a problem for our diet if every time we enter a room we do accompanied by large buckets of popcorn and drinks “extra large”.
These are supposed to super buckets of pop are to be shared among several people, although the reality is that generally the proportion is: a big bucket of popcorn for every person who enters the room.
Is there when the problem, because each of these delicious snacks can reach to add more than 1,800 calories and not only the sweet, salty easily reach the 1,779 calories per bucket or bag of “pop”.

They would be very useful in the fight against obesity that carries on the United Kingdom, taking into account that several investigations say that for the 2020 eight of รก men and nearly seven out of 10 women will be obese or at least suffer overweight.
