But, when eat only food &#8220;pure&#8221; becomes an obsession we are talking about an eating disorder.<br />
You may think that in the first place this disorder is linked to the obsession with weight loss, as happens with anorexia and bulimia, but the reality is that the ortorexia or orthorexia is a disorder obsessive compulsive that generates phobia in relation to the consumption of food is not healthy.<span id="more-646"></span><br />
For example, one of the trends more common is to remove the meat (of all kinds) of the diet but they have an important role to balance the amino acids, also eliminate the fatty foods, but the body needs fatty acids to maintain the brain healthy, that&#8217;s why be very strict in not eating this type of food can represent serious health problems.<br />
