To equal age, some people seem older than others. There are many habits that can lead us to appear greater. Then, the list of the habits that make us more old and that makes us more young people.

Habits that lead to premature aging:

Smoking

• Atherosclerosis.

• Cholesterol and the rate of hemoglobin can influence the aging in men. In the women, the amount of bilirrubina and proteins in the blood.

Habits that keep us young people:

Exercises
• Reduces blood pressure and the risk of heart attack.
• Increases lung capacity.
• Protects the bones against osteoporosis.
• Increases muscle mass and reduce the fat.
• Improving the overall look. Sex
• Prevents the emergence of heart problems.
• Increases life expectancy.
• Improving the overall look.

Food
• A healthy diet and natural improvement fully the agency, softens the skin, deletes wrinkles and dark circles, tonic hair and prevents its fall.
