The list of calories of food

The list of calories of foodies a table that indicates the average amount of energy contained in a portion of food to help control our intake of calories. The standard measure that is used is 100 grams, in order to make a direct comparison with both the food that appears on the list, as with others who also provide information about the amount of calories they need.
