What you want too weight or too thin ?

Many times we talk about the complications that bring the obesity and overweight; we know the risks and almost daily increases the list of complications that presents not to have the ideal body weight.
The fact is that in most of the times we concentrate on be above the ideal weight and we do not make reference to the problems that brings be below the healthy weight.
Suffer from low weight is almost as dangerous as have on weight. When the body mass index (BMI) is less than 18.5 mean that we are problems.
Here is a listing of the health problems that entails too thin:
*Weak immune system. When you are below your ideal weight probably you are not consuming the necessary amount of nutrients, this weakens your immune system.
*Loss of muscle mass. When the weight loss is given by disease or by a restriction of food, people who are already thin having great potential to lose muscle mass. In adolescents, who are still growing below the ideal weight can mean a bad development of the muscles.
*Hair Loss. Your hair, as well as any other part of your body needs a certain amount of nutrients. When they are not you are giving weakens and falls.
*Osteoporosis. The osteoporosis means that the risk of breaking down and hurting is greater. If you are athlete this is a great risk, and women who have passed menopause are at greater risk of osteoporosis.
*Anemia. This is when the body cannot carry the enough oxygen to the red cells of the blood. Is usually a consequence of the lack of iron; you can make you feel weak, dizzy and tired.
*Menstrual irregularities. When you lack energy and nutrients your menstrual cycle may become irregular, including stop (what is called amenorrhea).
*Complications in Pregnancy, or to become pregnant. Are you going to have problems to conceive if you are not in the ideal body weight. And if you are already pregnant may be a high risk for your baby is very thin.
